Cancellation rules · Padel Haus

For standard court reservations, the official policy states:

Members: cancellations less than 24 hours before the reservation incur the total court booking fee.

Nonmembers: cancellations less than 48 hours before the reservation incur the total court booking fee.

Refunds are issued in club credits only—not cash or a card refund.

Add at least two player names off-peak and all four during peak hours. Off-peak hours vary by location. Missing players can leave the booker responsible for additional fees, including three nonmember fees during peak hours.

Game Match has separate conditions, including no guest profiles. Consult the full policy for Game Match rules and club-managed exceptions.

The app’s 12-hour search cutoff is NOT a free-cancellation deadline. A reservation made within 24 hours (members) or 48 hours (nonmembers) may already be inside the penalty window. Stopping a search or deleting this app account does not cancel a Padel Haus reservation.

This app does not cancel reservations or issue refunds. Manage a reservation through Padel Haus / Playbypoint or contact the club. Verify the terms for your specific reservation before booking; no cash refund is promised.
